How do you sustain the ES cost? Pob says your ES cost per second is 1294 but that you only leech/on hit 653 and then regen another 200 with a rare or unique nearby

Looks decent. However I feel like you are over invested on mana cost reduction . And going crown of eyes is interesting but i feel like its only worth it with something like malachai loop plus normal badge shenanigans and you yoink +1 power from assassin. Is taming really better than a rare ring i wonder.
