This woman seems like an awesome teacher Compartmentalization of Decay In Trees baby I got this!!!
I had this woman as a teacher for a class I took at MSU. She taught "Training and Pruning Plants". It was the best class I took there -- hands down. I originally took classes for Fruit and Vegetable Crop Management. Today, I'm a tree trimmer, and I'm sure that her impact on me has everything to do with that. Thanks for everything Ms. Sicheneder.
at 1:05:00, not sure how she is defining thinning cut...sounds like a reduction cut is needed to reduce the canopy.
Awesome
This is not the marijuana dispensary! What the heck! Hhahahah
This is a great speaker, and I appreciate that he brings Oak Wilt up. In another video on this same channel (th-cam.com/video/N-4PM89T2EI/w-d-xo.html) elms are listed as .5% of Michigan's trees in the 60s, and here, 1:01:27 it's shown as .05%. This video is more recent so I'd be inclined to think it's correct, but typos can pop up everywhere. Any idea which is actually correct? Thanks for posting things of this nature, my hand gets sore taking notes.
Loads of good information, thanks for the talk!
Such a great presentation - thank you Gary!
💯🇺🇲
