is there a way to do this with the oem pulse bar?

I'm a noob, so bear with me on this. I'm looking at the wiring diagram at 3:42 and it looks like constant power is being sent to both Pin 30 and Pin 86 on the relay. My understanding is that Pin 30 is getting constant (fused) power. Constant power is also going to the middle pin on the toggle switch. That is jumpered to the 2 pins next to it, which is effectively sending constant power to Pin 86 on the relay. Is that right?

did you ever make the video on the washer install

Just curious how it has held up with out additional mounting points? Has to loosened or roated at all? I see its been a year since this video was uploaded. Also did u ever make the arm longer to accommodate a longer blade?

I have a 2017 Polaris Ranger 900xp, it started running rough, it starts well, but when giving throttle, sputters as if going to run out of fuel, and then will eventually catch and run well, after running it again will start running rough, could this be a fuel pump that is going bad? is there a way to check the pump with out replacing it?

Great video and very well explained. I have had similar thoughts, what good is a dome light when you have to get in, stumble to find the ignition and turn the key on to have a dome light. Thank you for your video.

Very very helpful. This is something I have been looking for. I didn't want to have to install a wiper that only covered the drivers side and didn't want to have to install two wipers that would cost $$$ from normal sources. This is perfect!

2 comments. 1: Your diagram at the beginning switches the ground for the washer. This will probably work, but is not the preferred method. Switch the hot wire so when you need to disconnect the washer in the future, you don't have a hot wire hanging out in the open. 2: The diagram you are using on the workbench is different from the earlier one, and the washer won't work at all with the way it's drawn. You have a ground running through the switch to the motor and out to ground. There's no hot wire running to the washer. (I suspect this was an early version and you realized it won't work when you tried to implement it, which lead to the earlier displayed version. See comment 1 above.) That switch needs a ground only for the lamps (pin 7 and pin 9). Suggest you jumper hot from pin 2 to pin 5, and connect your washer hot input to pin 6. Thanks for the tip on using the Escort rear wiper assembly. I'll be looking into that. Polaris prices are astronomical, and most aftermarket options only provide 90° swing.

Very good video; i will install on my 2016 900 xp tomorrow. In the h/w, there are two pieces of foam shaped like a fat L, with a hole in each one; I see them in your video. Did you use those; if yes, where? I see nothing in the instructions about it. Thanks.

Was anyone successful at doing this? The motor i ordered only had a 90 degree sweep. I ordered 3 different ones. Did anyone have a link to one with 180 sweep?

I’m thinking about doing the same thing. It looks like the wiper arm and blade or not near big enough doesn’t look like it’s cleaning much of the window. Is it possible to put a longer arm and blade on that unit to cover more of the glass? Thank you.

Relays are generally very inexpensive. This one is very pricey. Is the dedicated ground critical? Most relays don’t have the dedicated ground and I’m not sure if that feature is required to fix the dim light

Does the seal kit just help with airflow or does it distinctly help with rattles? I don’t have doors or a windshield so foam for me would be rattles only

mine is doing this but i have a 2017. i know i need a battery but the thing has less than 300 miles on it and kept in a garage. sometimes i will get it to turn over, runs for like 5 seconds maybe then dies. i was suspecting bad gas.

The bigger question is why doesn't Polaris have backup lights, cfmoto does. Polaris pay more get less. Same for canam.

Is it always wise to replace the entire fuel pump and filter. My filter is filthy. The dealer told me the filter alone cannot be replaced!?

A lot better option than the 600+ dollar Polaris wiper lol.. Do you have part number for the wiper motor and what ever other Ford parts are needed?

Do hitches need that little bit of play where it meets the trailer tongue? Seems like a lot of trailers have some movement there. Wondering if that's necessary and/or the reason for it.

How is it staying in place, other than going through the windshield?
