Manzini is the largest city not second largest,it was actually the capital city back in the days,until it was moved to be Mbabane.

The city is very dirty and stinks. Nyaopes are all over the city carrying bags with knives and all kinds of tools for breaking in premises.

Where are the bins to encourage people that's also a factor, last year during the raining season Polokwane experienced a couple of problem from those blocked drains across the city and suburbs like Nirvana and Bendor. Lastly, I think a fine for littering should be implemented with a reward for video of footage of the culprits.If you cannot pay then they should make you clean the city for whole month.
