Most of the LCOs tie up with a larger content aggregator kind of service provider (MSO), and the LCO mostly takes care of last mile connectivity and things.Like Den, Siti Cable, Hathway, Asianet, Kerala Vision etc.
So you basically tie up with one of them serving your area.

why do you use fiber to analog signals it really hurts the optic cable. Fiber will be having less power and that converter is converting into analog signals which require more and more power to transfer so i think it's bad idea.You should use analog wire for whole entire connection where repeaters helps to push the signals.I think you are in belief that fiber can save the cost of installation where it can transfer for distance but Infact it carries less power with it because it's a light just a light and you are converting light into electrical signals where converter is not taking extra DC power to convert optical to electrical it simply converting a low powered optical to low powered analog. so if you want to convert it better way 1.use the converter which has additonal power plug so it can do job very easily. 2.use the copper analog wire for entire connection with repeaters.

@@BangalorePillodu Ya but splicing the fiber is a big and complicated and you don't need to maintain a black box for that. Make things simple so you don't need to circle everytime for connection checking at customer's house.
