It was time to do another prog rock cover, this one is from ELP (Emerson, Lake and Palmer). Greg Lake played genius bass lines in this song, and sang at the same time; what a musician. I'm having a cold these days but it didn't stop me from recording another cover, my first Queen cover. I think John Deacon used a musicman stingray bass for this song, so I used mine, its tone fits the song perfectly. Really groovy song with nice fills, I had a great time learning and playing this song.

I had a great time doing this one, playing along with Black Sabbath's Iron Man and trying to improvise like Geezer Butler. I think Show me your soul is underrated. I love this song and Flea (as always) has funky lines all over the place. I'm loving this 5-string bass, I'm used to 4-string basses but this Lakland lets you play it easily, and I like its versatility. I hope you enjoy!

Anos 70: reinado do contrabaixo elétrico.
Te vi tocar varias cosas antes de empezar y no se oyó nada, y después sin subir el volumen se oye el bajo, tienes un pedal de expresión ?, no cabe duda que para estas si se necesita el sonido del Rickenbacker.
Hola, tengo un pedal afinador (Polytune) que tabién sirve para silenciar la señal cuando lo enciendes. De acuerdo, me hace falta un Rickenbacker. Saludos!

one of the best chili pepper songs, and one of flea's best baselines. sounds like the bass is under water and blowing bubbles.
