"Grace, the Athlete!"

When training for a marathon, my coach suggested I make a poster labeled "Grace, the Athlete!" My visual cortex would believe it was true. Then I would also. I suggest clients use VISUALIZATION to create belief into reality. #MITLifeLessons Series: th-cam.com/play/PL0gIsP3JO9jXQZbcQd5KLM2XQyYNOvG0x.html&si=HB5psVs9sx-UXsf4 I'd love for you to join my Happiness & Leadership@Work Community: www.l...

Ducking into my Physics 8.01 Lecture Hall
มุมมอง 1114 วันที่ผ่านมา
Back for MIT Alumni Leadership Conference, I ducked into my freshman year 8.01 physics lecture hall to reminisce of how freaked out I was being around so many brilliant minds. Now, decades later feeling a bit mischievous, I thought, “why don’t I go teach?” And I chalk up my one of my fav topics, “the art of possibility.” #MITLifeLessons Series: th-cam.com/play/PL0gIsP3JO9jXQZbcQd5KLM2XQyYNOvG0x...

❤ This is a great perspective to apply to life. Thank you for this!
Great convo! (Vivian and I were good friends at Juilliard, Grace. ;-)
Thank you for watching and sharing, Renita!!
Grace, thank you for introducing Arthur Brooks to my life. Looking up to you as a mentor and role model, I trust you when you said how much you loved Dr. Brooks’s book and its impact. BUT after listening to this conversation, I became instantly smitten by his intellectual perspectives and this message of happiness. I then listened and watched several more of his podcasts and interviews. A pattern/habit I noticed is that Arthur says “I’m in love with” constantly. I’m in love with my wife, I’m in love with the Catholic Church. He is literally practicing his own advice in expressing true love of his spouse, his religion, his work. Sooo profound. I really appreciate this episode allowing me to assess my own life with what you both have so selflessly shared!
Thanks so much, Jing for watching and sharing your astute observations! Arthur is so wise in sharing the ultimate importance of love in our life. I'm so pleased that this interview meant something to you!! Sending you lots of love!!
Great to hear your speech!
Thank you so much for watching and commenting!!
Very motivating talk with so many great examples. Grace is an amazing person. Happiness creates success - words to live by.
Thanks, Lynn! I am so happy my talk was meaningful for you!
Advice to live by. Grace has taken a particularly life changing event and used what she's learned from it to help others.
Thanks, Dean Tadepalli! I look forward to speaking at Elon University Love School of Business graduation this spring!
