We finally found thatcl cable of servo motor was damaged. After changing the power cable of servo motor working as usual.

is if enought if we replace battery instead of buying new plc ?

The problem was that encoder wire was damaged. Reconnect wire in encoder connector with soldering iron beside the server motor .fault gone.

The problem was thermal overload triped. Rest that and fault gone.

Its correct, i use that PLC for many control things, and this failure is cause of the battery. For quickly reparation can use litium batteries CR 1220 instead of MR1220. All this works as long as have a backup the program of plc. For Fatek i recommend save the program in Drive or USB for future repairs.

The program lost during battery replacement, check it and if missing then load the program again.
