Hope ya like Bits... ;) I mean computer terms ya perv!!!
It's ok but I've had not one but two EXP's and both were faulty, they need to sort their hardware out, I will never buy Evercade again!
Stay frosty (:
I've personally discovered so many titles I'd never even heard of prior to the Evercade. Really enjoy the system and highly recommend the EXP handheld with the Capcom games!
Looking foward to the journey!
Glad to see more gamers enjoying the evercade!
Cool video man. Subscribed. They're some useful websites out there to help with the hidden games, if you haven't done so already. And check out Full Void and the Galeco Arcade 1 collection. 👌
Great video! I've been a big supporter of Evercade since the very beginning and i own every cart released so far. The low price, and the numbered library makes it easy to collect for. One aspect that really attracted me to Evercade is the fact that the games are on physical media, and also officially licensed. One minor point though, I think you mentioned that the carts are ROM. They're not, they're flash carts which is why they can be updated. This is both good and bad: good because they can be updated to fix any issues, but it's also bad because the data will degrqde over time, and eventually they'll stop working, unlike the ROM carts of the SNES or Mega Drive for example, in which the data can last a lifetime. So far I've not had any issues with my older Evercade carts from 2020 but i expect that eventually they will die. But all in all i am really into Evercade. It's a great way to get into retro gaming and because the collections are curated it's great to see games that i had never heard of, or games that are rare and expensive to buy elsewhere.
They still have ROM's on them, it's just not a ROM chip.
It's cool to see Evercade being played on a CRT.
It really is!!! Was so worth the conversion kit haha.
