So happy to see you back at the boat early in the spring. It looks warmer there in Scotland than here in Ontario.

I started watching your videos a few months back, as this season Im going to Dingle (from the Glasgow area) doing your route in reverse North to South. Thank you for all the great information it’s been very useful over the winter months, planning around the kitchen table. Towards the end of the new video I realised I had spoken to Jane in Kerrera last summer! I was berthed on A pontoon on the inside and there was a Canadian Najad one or two boats along (28th April to 2nd May 2023). How great to make the connection. Kerrera is a special place, Tim and team in the boat yard, Gill in the restaurant, what a great place. If I get back from Dingle early enough I will have to pop in again this year. Thanks again for the videos.

Je suis toutes vos vidéos avec grand plaisir , merci beaucoup de nous faire voyager , sur un si beau bateau Mon bateau HR 342 , est en Grece depuis 5 ans , mais 2024 je retourne dans mon pays en Bretagne . Arrêt très probable aux Açores , à Praia de Vittoria , pour hivernage - wintering . Je dois effectuer quelques travaux : le plancher à l intérieur , le gréement , il a 16 ans , et le moteur doit être revisé . Pensez vous que je peux faire cela à Praia ? Merci pour votre réponse et passez un bon hiver !!

I’m glad you enjoyed sailing our beautiful West coast. My father was a keen yachtsman, a member of the Clyde Cruising Club and he sailed the West coast every summer until the age of 92. He worked at the Singer Factory in Clydebank for over 30 years and also sewed with a refurbished 1930s electric foot pedal machine which I now have. I can always remember some marine ply woodwork lying on our dining room table being repaired 😂 Thank you for flying our Saltire as a courtesy flag which is always nice to see and much appreciated. Some notes on pronunciation. Islay - Aisle-ah (emphasis on 1st syllable) Croabh - Croov Oban - Oh-ban (emphasis on 1st syllable) Lovely video. It’s always nice to see places that are so familiar to me, through another’s eyes.

The correct courtesy flag is red ensign not St. Andrews cross

Hi, I really enjoyed watching this as I’ve kayaked around much of the coastline that you sailed past. I must admit that I was skeptical when you mentioned going to Ballymastoker/Portsalon to ‘wait some bad weather’ as I’ve always found it to be very open and exposed to most wind directions….well done to you both and your sea skills. I also enjoyed the artwork.

This place is on my bucket list. Summertime I'm quite sure it's awesome. Wintertime? Too cold for me.

There got to be a book documenting your trips you have seen more of Newfoundland and Labrador than me and I live here thanks for taking me around the province Arctic ice in Notre Dame Bay this year like you seen when you were here. Have a great trip to Scotland.
