Quality of life mods i can agree without issue, but is the game still soulstorm if there are new units not present in the original game? i would argue that some mods take the engine of the game and push them to their breaking points. they fundamentally change how the game is played from stock. i'm not against those mods either. I'm not invading the privacy of your home or computer and telling you how to act. your video showed up in my list, i thought "eh, i've got time to watch this. lemme see if its a build order that's new i can practice. I haven't played the tomb bois in a hot while." To my disappointment, it is not one that i can... because i don't run mods. shame. you even played well despite me not knowing what units do what anymore and a different ui to navigate. the usual go to build order i use is 3 workers, 3 plasmas, hero, obelisks on caps, spam warriors until 2 more plasmas and summoning stone, build second monolith, spam generators and tech buildings, spam warriors out of second mon, build power units from upgraded mono. drown the map in a tide of metal by minute 7-9. if the enemy doesn't have vehicles or the orks their mekboy and warboss its gg. at least 1v1 computer players. i havent had the opportunity to play against my brother for many a moon.

It's a complete (lore friendly) overhaul of the game with many units, customizations, buildings and different game conditions, army sizes etc (you can even enable or disable Titans, lock specific tech tier level for low intensity or high intensity engagements etc)

Maybe I'll start going through it later. I'm still playing battles to better prepare myself. I planned to hold a small tournament in the summer.

When it comes to Grav-Cannons vs Multi-Meltas, the Multi-Meltas are twice as effective against Raiders, Ravagers, Voidravens and the Dais. Plasma Guns are also better choices when it comes to ranged infantry like Warriors and Scourge. Grav-Guns have about as much DPS as a Bolter when they hit units like Wyches or Mandrakes.

Just in case, I want to clarify - this is a redux mod Perhaps you are confusing it with the original version of the game? There are a lot of mistakes here because I'm a weak player. but the point is that there is no way to one-shot the vehicle. the game has a completely different balance.

@@vanswarhammerreduxmod4145 Although I have not played the redux mod to fully know the balance, I have seen videos that help me more or less to understand that the immortal units still works to counter the vehicles even if you do not destroy them almost instantly by the flying vehicles. my point still remains that I recommend that you have the units of immortals more to attack the vehicles for what I already mentioned, and as long as you have the warriors or flayed ones attacking the infantry
