I know i hear some people say that if the hp is too low it will still work fine normally, but during extended use it will/can cause the machine to overheat cause the machine is too stressed out at full power.

@ReaperAttachments I've heard that before. You have a good warranty also. I shouldn't have any problems with it . I stay away from rocks and oversized trees come down with the saw . When I order one can I buy a extra set of blades and get some more bolts for the blades ? I do some of the largest forestry mowing jobs for us fish and wildlife services here in Minnesota.

@ReaperAttachments I mowed 2000 acres last fall . I used a local guys mower that he bragged up but after the 3rd direct drive motor he bought it back and I finished out the year with a dimond mower .

It would be better for my operation to have a rotating grapple, to grab the logs, instead of having to get out of the machine to hook and unhook. This would be ok, if you had someone to hook and unhook. I'm definitely looking for a 360 degree rotating grapple. If you're considering building something like that. I've done some prototype work. I'd love to prototype one for you! Just a thought! Have a good day!
