Thank you so much for this film. Got my first MTB in 1986 (after a few years junior road racing). The joy and fun I had is impossible to describe in words. Then, raced MTB for 25 more yrs. Still riding proudly my 1997 Breezer Twister. Thank you, Joe Breeze.
Canonical material treated with the utmost respect. Loved it, well done Radavist team! 🙌
Nice! Funny never thought of that.... Oh wait, its a DIY Slime Tube™! Ha! Though this is prob better than those old heavy tubes.
beautiful!
Frickin hilarious
Test
So good! Thank you Wende and crew!
... all kindes of mount mounts ... SEHR SEHR WITZIG !!! fahrräder brauchen mehr mount mounts ...
The pokey mushroom is for your bung hole!
Man, I got goosebumps from start to finish watching this one! So incredibly good!
Awsome! and EMOTIVE. Thanks. Muchas Gracias
Legend 😂
You need a guy following you banging coconut halves together.
I seriously considered it
The best 59 minutes and 07 seconds I have had watching a TH-cam video in a long time.
So ready for you to take a Romanceur on an ultramarathon from Paris to Brest and back
Thanks for this one. So glad I made some time to watch it tonight.
So like Breezer bikes? And like Gary Fisher Bikes? And Marin county as in Marin bikes? Like dang just put all the big names together for some fun and come up with a sport. Thats awesome!
Wow! Such a awesome documentary. Magical.
One of THE best documentaries I’ve ever seen. Well done.
Sure wish they would do some new colors on this model already
Does it plane?
Haha! Was lookin forwrd to an honest review.
to ignore BMX and it's influence on MTB'ing is criminal. BMX is what got a whole entire generation riding bicycles for sport. by the time MTB's could be purchased in a bike shop, the BMX industry had been going strong for almost a decade....coast to coast.
We were barely aware of BMX when these events took place. We were road riders who used old Schwinns for "town bikes," and then took them off road.
Finally, a bike review for people like me.
What a beautiful story! Thank you
That's a helluva climbing bike
Would this be idea for (i) washboard gravel/firetrails, (ii) increase grip and confidence on bumpy descents? Also, did you have the lockout switch version, or the SL version? I'm trying to work out which to get. Lockout option sounds best, but heavier and 1cm extra length which I don't really want (it's 1cm more than I have spacers to remove, so changed bar height)
10/10 This is amazing!!! 🙌
what's the tire clearance like on this thing? 11D, 12E, 13EEE?
Size 12 vans
All metal - All the time
Best bike review ever!
It's a pump peg. Thought you knew bikes?
I said "wrong answers only!" ;-) - I have a 1980s Silca pump for it already.
@@johnprolly pump peg IS the wrong answer. Everybody knows that's a tiny devils tail that the OG mountain bikers like Eddy Merckx and Lance Armstrong used to put on the back of their bikes to help them go faster. I used to have a vintage LIVESTRONG bracelet from the 60's that said 'You'll always ride fast when you've got the devil behind you" - it was quite a big bracelet.
What pants are you wearing in this vid?
Someone else asked that too! They're Filson CCF pants from like 5 years ago. I've worn them almost daily and they've yet to die. Some are still NOS on eBay but Filson stopped making them.
@ thanks!!
Looks like this model burns more calories than any other!
I like how you can slide and skid on that bike without falling over. Real stable setup there.
Haven't seen a bike with a rat butt plug in years.
Best bike review ever 😎 the tiny pointy thing on the back is for piercing all the holes for mounts on the frame, was thinking everybody knew about this… especially a pro like you 😐 how would they make all those holes without it ?
That top seat tube pump peg is for tying a bow knot for a swing tag to remind you to repost this video on 1 April 🤫
Love the Van's n the bike!
It's the devil's tail reminding you that responsibilities can be damned-yer gravelin!
How’s the toe overlap with that wheel/tire combo tho?
Completely eliminated! We found the trick!
Hobby cycling is a sport!!!
is this Hike-a-bike? 😂 New sport...
For sure! haha
Seems like the handling is a little ‘pedestrian’…
Very pedestrian.
Don’t do drugs kids
Believe it or not, John has been sober (no weed, no LSD, no mushrooms) for a year and over 8 years of no booze. We think this came from an overdose of Arnold Palmers at lunch, though.
@@theradavist666 High on life.
Fit looks great, but how is it no-handed?
John - ID on the pains you are wearing?
They're Filson CCF pants from like 5 years ago. I've worn them almost daily and they've yet to die. Some are still NOS on eBay but Filson stopped making them.
Thank you Madame ❤
Seems vertically compliant.
That little spike thing is clearly for holding your emergency marshmallow.
Ohhhhhhh cool! So then when you're smokin' the trails, you can roast them? GENIUS!
No! Its for tubeless repair with bacon or worms or how you call it
Ohh Ahhh; I toght and used it for stuffing my on trail J's...
