This is so true. I’m not a veteran but my service dog is the only reason I get out of bed some days. Some people really underestimate just how wonderful these animals are

I did not know that poodles were used as service dogs. And he's as good a retriever as any hunting dog I've had. So cool.

I can identify with a lot of what you said. Even without PTSD having a disability can find you fighting depression and anxiety especially if you are not getting much medical or social support. Vets can have it tough because of psychological and physical damage, and having been so physically strong beforehand. Where's Fluffy? Or can't you take him?

Thanks for the encouraging words. I've always preferred to be in the background, so I've always ended up with really outgoing friends so they could be the 'heard' ones...course you wouldn't know that when i was singing in a band, but it's easy when you know your strengths...and the lights put all those eyes in the shadows...you learn to 'do' from withing and not let your external environment dictate your internal peace. :)

I am trying to train my dog to not be scared of everything and I probably look weird leaning down (it hurts my back) but I know that getting my small dog close to the hola hoop without being scared will be all worth it in the end 😊❤

Fluffy is the purrdiest, most han'sum wreckin' ball i've ever seen! <3 (now that crazy song is stuck in my head:P)..it's okay if you can't continue every day...every time i watch i learn something more...I enjoy the dog training, of course, :) the family/life videos too. Feels like I'm catching up on a friend's life --kind of like how we use to send pictures in letters :). ..always interesting. <3<3<3

Dog training and enjoy your motivation and your are helping me and my dog and keeping me motivated for my dreams with my travel business. You are the only one out there with a service dog that truly shows the good with having a service dog and your dreams too. I’m learning about lot with training mine and ideas for confidence training and baby steps too. We have come a long way with you. We got our CGC two months ago and got our CGC-A Wednesday and next month we will be doing our public access. I also wanted to tell you our first trip on a plane was because of you. I made a mock up TSA walk thru and practiced with her and when it was the time to do the real thing she did amazing. I was the nervous one. You gave me the idea when you did the build confidence trying with the things you had in the backyard. I really do appreciate your utube e and the hard work you put into these video but I also understand that family and school must come first. You have amazing family. Sorry it being so long. Again, thank you for all you do.

My dad finally finished the fence in our backyard so I can train and play as much as I want with my dogs!
