The follow up to July's skiing video. This time, just a day's worth of footage. Last time I decided I liked GoPro so much, I went out and bought one myself!

I made one last year and I've made one this year too: here's my Mount Hutt Skiing Movie for the year. 3 days of fun on the mountain. Dafuq is this why engine 2 is a piston engine why its so weird?
The ATR is a turboprop aircraft. Engine two features a propeller brake system that allows the engine to operate without the propeller itself spinning. It does this to circumvent the need for an APU. When the pilot wishes to start engine 2 they simply drop the engine rpm, release the brake, then spool up to idle - hence the abrupt start.

Q400s are not better they are less efficient/more expensive to maintain and lots of airlines doing short haul trips especially around islands are using the 600s instead
