The cycling up and down- how are you doing that? A delay?
Nice bro
Did you buy or build this? I have the small desktop musical tesla coil but cant find any larger ones here in the uk online. We are wanting some larger ones for a "lights show" at our community hub.
I build everything. Buying this without knowledge from somewhere on the internet? I don't think that's a good idea. It's not a toy.
@@ElektroPaul is there schematics anywhere? I'm general electrician by trade however these things are a bit out of my scope. a very interesting learning curve.
@@stefankeyesgaming8286 you can find schematics everywhere on the internet, but it's not just about wiring, you have to be able to do the math
Runs very good but what happens?
What do you think? The ending? Bad MIDI, you need to adjust every track on every DRSSTC you make, this is just a test, I still need to tune :)
@@ElektroPaul I have some MIDI files I used on my coil and they mostly sound good. If you want I can share them with you.
@@Manzzzzzz discord.gg/4SgGNr2aC8 you can come to discord and send it there, but I edit the MIDI for each solo DRSSTC
(Replying with my other account) I don't have discord but I can send them via email or in some other way
Any specifications for this coil?
WHERE IN CZECH
Super kéž by náš Teslův transformátor dělal stejné blesky 🎉❤😮
Pokud máš discord, tak se připoj a poradíme se stavbou nebo vylepšením :) discord.gg/MEWGQUGKnj
this is some crazy shit!
4 meters or so? What a current in primary LC circut? Diagram and electronic compount list?
I think they go up to 5m. I don't know the primary current now, but I know that we were drawing over 40kW from the grid at peak times. Phase shifted with 16x SiC FET idk exact type.
@@ElektroPaul Holly moly. I have 6 IGBT 300A 600V, and I've hope for 1,5m sparks. And looking for a resonans capacitors
@@myoniwy if you have some of the bigger cm300 bricks, they're too slow if you look at my small QCW on this channel, I use some 60N40 where I switch 120Apk and I get almost to 2m
@ElektroPaul Yes, I have MBN300A6. In datasheet given Cies 18nF, when in CM300 stand (max) 60nF.
@@myoniwy such igbt will be ideal for buck converter but not good for bridge
Please, diagram
Sounds gnarly
That's quite a lot for 100 kV
Sick asf
Impressiv!
joooo, so geil!
What happened at the end?
@@drobotk circuit breaker shut off :)
I'm really curious about the interrupter circuit. Is it 555 based or digital?
digital of course
It's 555 kV. You confused something
Feels like Heavy Metal!!!
This is such an impressive coil!
Looks good.
What values does your grid leak circuit have?
Amazing arc length 😮
Nice qcw, did you use loneoceans qcw 1.0 buck driver ? or one other buck driver ?
I designed my buck, loneoceans is unnecessarily complicated, I'm not saying it doesn't work or is bad
@@ElektroPaul ok thanks, because i don't know if i go with loneoceans buck driver or an other one
@@mat2207 join this discord discord.gg/4SgGNr2aC8 and and i shared a schematic
@@ElektroPaul thanks a lot !
Where's the off switch ? Hope it's not next to it on the table.
I control the number of pulses or amplitude, I hold the interrupter in my hand and it is connected by fiber optic cable to the driver. There is no need to have a off switch :)
really impressive output for such a small coil. 8x the secondary length is crazy.
Mega!
Ich will niemandem zu nahe treten aber midi klingt einfach schrecklich
Amazing good way of keeping every component cold hehe
Clean sound ⚡. Can you share schematic plz
Awesome coil! 😁
Amazing build and great output😮! Channels like yours really need more views.😢
Hey friend do you have diagram for this tesla coil
you can find some schematics on the internet, but this isn't just about plugging it in, lots of measuring, testing and counting before it actually works
very beautiful, what are the primary and secondary frequencies?
Great, circuit,?
on discord discord.gg/4SgGNr2aC8
Can you tell me how do i build one just like yours?
without the necessary tools and experience it cannot be built, the power supply and capacitors in the buck can be deadly
Dude that's INSANE🤯
I like it.👍
Woah thats nice. I made QCWs before but i had problems with tuning it in a Way that creates these super straight arcs. What frequency does yours operate at?
secondary +-380kHz, +-530 - 460kHz operate
I am hoping to connect all the parts of my GU81 VTTC today. I have been following "Tested to Destruction" and Steve Arcs and his wife Michelle's 420KHZ GU81 build. Hopefully, I won't burn anything up.
If you want to save your tube you should try connecting the two MOTs secondaries in parallel. I sadly had arc overs between suppressor grid and anode because of the too high voltage. Now with two MOTs in parallel it works very well and I'm also running the tube in triode mode.

Wow nice❤😊
