I find the most difficult part of getting fit is staying motivated...especially in the winter months when I'd rather curl up in my comforter rather than exercise. But my top surgery will hopefully be later this year, so I hope that is motivation enough to kick me into gear. Thanks for posting.

This is such an amazing Q&A! Thank you for posting this for the community. I am wondering if it is possible to have a vaginoplasty while preserving both the phallus as well as the scrotum? I specifically have male reproductive processes in mind, which would want to be preserved as well.

I have a question, with the hysterectomy do you need an oophorectomy? For example, if a patient has had a hysterectomy but still has ovaries do they need to come out before metoidioplasty / do you take them out at the same time / can they stay?

If I'm lucky, then Crane in Austin will take my BC Anthem PPO (California) and I can get down there some day for my own surgery.

That used to bother me quite a bit in the past,.. but not any more... altho it's mostly ma'am or miss these days...an occasional sir dont bother me at all now as long as it's respectful. those that make such comments after full surgeries ,( to me) do that on purpose. But it takes one to know one...

People that are vaccinated are getting it ..so either the vaccine is no good or the PCR tests are false positives ...which is it I wonder 🤔
