Audio is too low

To place a marker ON the timeline ( not clip... ) make sure no clip is selected - then the markers can be placed on top...on the timeline...otherwise its all gonna hit on the clips....IF you wish to stretch the marker like expand ..then Option then you can split the marker to section a portion of the timeline like marker A to marker B something like that...

I don't want to zoom I wanted to change text in key frames

Actually helped, but my font colours got reset to default after clearing cache. I havent rewatched the entire video, dont know what else may have been reset to default. Just thought to leave a heads up here, depending on how large your project is, and how frustrating the lag is, you can determine what line of action to take.

If I move a file using the browser interface what happens on my computer? Is the file deleted from one folder (the previous home of the file) then downloaded into the folder that is the new home of the file? For large files this matters a lot -- for those of us with limited bandwidth. Thanks in advance for any clues.
