Same bro it destroyed my heel and bleed through my sock and stained the shoe lol
Where can I find this colorway? 🫣
I have the 2 and the 4. The 2 fit perfectly, while the same size in the 4 causes a tiny bit of toe rub. The increased stack in the 4 is very welcomed. Uphill efficiency seems better with the stiffer plate. The 4 feels quite a bit stiffer to me. It's a good fast shoe, but It wouldn't be my pick for technical trails.
Hello, I wanted you to help me choose between the models. Brooks Ghost 15 and Nike Pegasus 39 and Nike Qest 4. Please advise.Which is better?
I live in warm weather can I use it casually or like when traveling ?(not running)
Whats the stats, weight, drop, heights etc.?
Is it good for tempo run? (Pace 04.00 km/min(
Yea it definitely is!
Big Merrell fan! I’ve run in a ton of different trail shoes but always come back to Merrell. Underrated. Definitely going to buy this shoe!
Nice!! Yea, Merrell definitely has some good ones. I think you’ll be excited about the 2025 lineuo
I have the reverse color😅 evo sl is a no brainer shoe ❤ it can do every thing ..but it leans towards faster pace which is my issue because my lungs couldnt handle the speed😢😢😢😂😂😂😛
Nice! The all black ones look so sick
Hey Cody, new runner here. Every run is an easy slow run for me 😂 so I started with the brooks glycerin max as I was coming off an injury, and it’s worked well for me so far. But I’m ready to pick up the pace at the local track. Would this be a good option for the track and to pair with the Glycerin Max?
Yea i definitely think it would be! Just keep in mind in todays running world its on the minimal side, but I love letting it rip in them
Thanks for the review. I have a bunch of Salomon Speedcross, UltraGlide, Ultra 2 etc but can’t unsee the “patches” on some of these newer Salomon shoes
I’ve had a great experiences with Inov8 trail shoes, they used to have a Roadcrawl again a good road shoe. I’m looking forward to giving the Roadfly a test run.
Nice! I really want to get INOv8 trail shoes in for review
@@The_Shoe_In_With_Cody I’ve had a couple of pairs for their trailtalon and use the mudclaw, when it’s proper dirty. I like them both, wide fitting saves my battered toes.
Bullshit!!
Bro thinks everybody has the same shape foot
Thanks for the great review. I'm between these shoes and the TNF Enduris 4...I still need to see more Enduris 4 reviews.
Yea! I definitely need to bring that one in for review
I'm 20 miles in on this sneaker, wow !!! love it.
Nice!!! It’s such a good shoe
IS it normal to size up in these versus the turnover tights? the small turnover tights fit me perfect tbut these in small were insanely hard to even try on
Oh that’s interesting. I’m a small in turnover and small in NDO. But definitely doesn’t hurt to try, don’t want to be running miles and feeling squished
Yo men what shoes do you recommend for someone who run 10km everyday at 14km/h
I guess I should buy the X3 then when it comes out, was hoping to get the X2 when it goes on sale
I would definitely wair
When does the X3 release?
@buntyboomboom2978 they say fall, believe in the run has the run down of new Hoka shoes
Hi! How it feels on the treadmill?
Fantastic!!
Are these hokas version of the on cloudmonsters? Trying to find a Hoka comparable to the monster.
No, this is more that speed day shoe.
Una imagen dicen más que muchas palabras, son un poco estrechas se sale el dedo pequeño de la base por lo que veo.
Definitely not narrow and really nice lockdown
Tú crees que es la competencia de novablast 5? he tenido todas las versiones y cada vez me gusta menos la novablast esta última ni contempo comprarlas
@@alvarocm6505 Yes, i think this foam probably puts it above the novablast for me. Do you have a narrow foot, if so the upper may not be the best for you
Littering nice
Obviously I just left it there 🙄
@ damn that’s unfortunate- fine this man! @epa
What’s the sizing compared to other brands? I have puma Deviate Nitro 2 in 11, Glycerin 21 in 11
I am 9.5 in all brand and the 9.5 in the Neo zen works for me.
What is the difference between the speedsters and the shredsters exactly?
Shredsters have more pockets. They pretty much have a fun belt built in, plus a back zipper pocket and leg pockets. Speedsters have 3 pockets (back and leg). Hope that helps.
Between 1 (firm) and the 1080 v13 how squishy is this?
I would give it a 7. It may be on the squishy side, but I find it more responsive and I can pick up the pace
@@The_Shoe_In_With_Cody Sounds good to me! Lets hope the midsole/foam holds up! Looks pretty promising though!
From all those high cushioning shoes, the Wave Sky 8 is one of the most versatile and fastest. For me it loses only to the Invincible 3 in max speed and equals to the MagMax Nitro from Puma. And totally destroy , in speed and versatility, skies like the Gel-Nimbus 26 , Triumph 22 or 1080 v14. These are all high cushioning shoes for low speed runs only. I do agree that the Sky 8 is not as soft as a More v5 or a Gel-Nimbus. I think the Wave Sky 8 works in a rotation for those, like myself, that loves high cushioning shoes for daily trainers. Can use a Nimbus for easy days , a MagMax for long runs and like the Sky 8 as a luxurious Pegasus Plus or a Velocity Nitro 3 for faster days. The Sky 8 can be a bit unstable at higher speed, but the bounce from the heel with the combination of a firner and also bounce forefoot makes this high cushioning shoes very different from most that are available on the market.
See I never felt the bounce.
How are they now? have you been using them a lot?
I have, I used them a ton for summer trail miles. The foam is holding up and I think La Sportiva is one to something
@@The_Shoe_In_With_Cody How is the mesh? any cuts?
Mizuno zen vs evo sl, what’s your favourite?
i have both the evo sl is just so explosive and i feel more comfortable taking it on longer runs
Ohh that’s is hard!! Giving the nod to the Neo Zen
this and evo sl will be battling out for the shoe of 2025
Agreed!
My previous fast day shoe was Hyperion Max… it got bloated and heavier and I switched to Hyperion 2. Love this shoe. Word is that Hyperion 3 is going to get heavier with a bigger stack. 😕 This shoe is successful because of the light minimalist nature with the fantastic upper and lock down laces.
Dang I haven’t seen Hyperion 3 pictures yet. Hopefully it’s not that big of a overhaul
Hi! On snow - novablast 3 TR or novablast 5? What's better? Please help! 🙂
Honestly the 5 did a really nice job. 3TR is a good shoe, but I wouldn’t get bullish on it as a better option just because it’s made for the trails.
It hurt my knee real bad on the first run. Bed ridden after that. I wasnt using that kind of a sole earlier. I dont understand what could be the exact reason? But im afraid to step in these the next time.
Yikes, that stinks. Hmm what is your favorite shoe right now that doesn’t cause issues?
@The_Shoe_In_With_Cody nike running shoe, dont know the exact article name. Running is causing thw issue in the adizero.
how tall and heavy are you and what's the size of the harbor?
5’9, 160lbs usually and the jacket is a men’s medium
Nice review.. my fav shoe (not just trainer) right now besides mach 6
Nice!! Yea it’s definitely staying in my rotation next marathon block
I love this shoe. The foam is worth every penny. I absolutely agree with your nitpicking when it comes to the tongue. Every single time I put it on the sides fold over and I have to adjust haha but definitely not a big deal. Funny enough I've had pretty good luck with the Continental grip on wet runs on asphalt. It's gripped well for me. Could be that I'm a heavier runner so it presses into the asphalt more and gets gripper with weight? Great review. Hype is real! I think the only true negative of this shoe is that it's had a weird release and it's hard to get right now!
Thanks! Agreed , they just need to drop this for the masses. Give the people what they want
Looking forward to trying this one👍
Let me know what you think once you get a pair!
Seems like a light offroad shoe, flat gravel and trail.
Yea, mainly because of the lack of Toe protection and overlays.
Great breakdown man!!
Thanks!!
Weird question but do you wear anything under those tights? I have a pair of older tracksmith tights that I bought with a liner but It’s a bit much for me. Was gonna try some of their tights without a liner but don’t know how to wear them 😅
Not a weird question. I’ll usually rock compression brief
@ cool thanks man!
Is it good for walking and standing for a long time too? Thank You!
I wouldn’t pay $200 if that’s your only use for them
It is good for walking and standing. I find it very comfy. But if your looking only for a walking shoe you can definitely find a shoe cheaper too
This is what I was looking for. Thank you.
Glad I could help!!
didnt have any issues with this shoe i love it i got it on bday voucher today for 115 dollars USD
That’s a nice bday gift!
Hows the width for a wide footer?
You may find it a little Snug
Some people are upset it got softer but if you ask me, this was a great move by asics. They needed to truly set this shoe apart from the Superblast. The 3rd version was so good but didn’t last long. If they can bring that same perfect level of cushion and response with durability, it’s a winner. I tried these on in store and was pleasantly surprised. Will be buying a pair soon!
Nice! I agree completely
Like it but it is a very hard ride
Really?
@ I feel like Brooks got a lot of stick for making firm shoes then I put these on and wow they are so much harder. I still like the way they turnover though.
I love mine, I am also an old school runner, thick midsole is not my type. This one fits me perfectly especially the ground feeling when running. I also bought the Hyperion Max 2, and it turns out this is is more like an all rounder shoe than Max 2. The Max 2 doesn't feel good under easy jogging pace.
Nice!! Yea definitely was surprised by these ones.
Waiting for Bandit to restock some of their colors in the quarter superbeam tights. Can’t wait to try them.
Love bandit, but they are never in stock
This isn’t the foam in the top Evo shoe-it’s last gen Lightstrike Pro; still great all the same.
Are you sure? Adidas keeps saying it’s the same foam
@@The_Shoe_In_With_Cody This might sound confusing, but bear with me. While both are technically Lightstrike Pro, the formulation of the Lightstrike Pro in the Evo SL is closer to the one in Adios Pro 3 (could be the same formulation even) than in Adios Pro 4 and Pro Evo. The TPEE based Lightstrike Pro in both Evo SL and Adios Pro 3 are denser than the one in Adios Pro 4. The Lighstrike Pro in the Pro Evo is not made of TPEE but supercritical PEBA.
Is it good for daily 15km running???
Yea, if your not looking for speed
