Can I load a voice recording and the AI character follow my sound? Since the AI character and text to voice does not have Cantonese, they only have Mandarin. Many thanks!
Unfortunately I don't think you can do that, as far as I know. I think thr AI characters voice can only be generated through what's written in the captions. If I find out anything else on this, I'll let you know! Let me know if you have anymore questions
@TipsAndTricksMachine Many thanks for your reply. Since the AI voice does not have Cantonese, I would not be able to use Capcut for this purpose.
Maybe check out their online editor if it has Cantonese. Their online video editor also has AI characters

I update my capcut . But some features such as AI generated in Media and also AI character in Text in the right don't exist . Does anyone know what this problem is ?
Hmm which country are you in? I believe capcut has different feature availability depending on which region you're in. You can try their Online video editor at capcut.com which also has the AI Characters feature. Or, you can try using a VPN to change your location and try that (my favorite VPN is in the description). Let me know how that goes and if you have anymore questions!

I think that feature may not be available there. Is the AI Image generation feature available? You can try using a VPN if you have one. Or, try using their online video editor, the online one also has AI characters. Let me know if that works or if you have any questions

Can these kinds of videos be used to explain one topic each, rather than every type of something? It’s hard to find topics with various types or branches that haven’t been done already
I don't see why not! I think that's the great thing about these kinds of videos, you can use them to explain any topics with different branches, or do a deeper dive into a single branch of the topic itself. Since they're so simple to make, give it a shot and see how it goes!

I just downloaded now the latest Capcut 3.8.0 from the App Store to see it for myself , but when I did your step 2 , there is no AI character dropdown menu , but only TEXT/ ANIMATION /TRACKING / TEXT TO SPEECH. Maybe you did a special setting to make this appear ?
Interesting. I did not enable any special setting for this feature, it was available by default in mine. Which country are you in? Depending on which country you're in, there is a possibility that it has not been released there yet. I know their AI image generator is not available in some countries (number 5 from the video). I'll dig into it further and let you know if I can find anything else regarding this

Can you make a video going through the full process? I’m stuck on the part where I upload the presentation to CapCut, since when I try to, it keeps saying the import format is not supported.
I think I have an idea of the issue you are running into. When you are downloading from Canva, go to File > Download. Then in the File Type, select "PNG". In the "Select Pages" you can select one image at a time, then click download, and then Upload each image to CapCut. Let me know if that helps. If you have anymore questions, let me know. 😊
@@TipsAndTricksMachine I was able to do it by first downloading the pc app, since I was originally using the web. I then moved each page of the presentation from the compressed folder I originally downloaded into a new folder, and uploaded each page into CapCut.

Great Job! I'm wondering why your version of Capcut shows MEDIA in the top left corner, yet mine has shown IMPORT for at least a month now. I just downloaded the new version of Capcut desktop and it does show the AI Generated, I don't remember if that was there before the upgrade. We are new to TH-cam and CapCut, I am interested to know if you created this entire video with Capcut or what other apps you used. Thanks
Thank you! Interesting that yours shows IMPORT instead of MEDIA. Do you have the same options as mine in the MEDIA tab when you click on IMPORT? For example, the AI Generated option is available in the MEDIA tab in mine, where does this option show in yours? It's possible that its a labelling difference between CapCut in different countries, but curious to hear your feedback! You can also check one thing: Go to Menu > Layout > and check off "Default Layout". To create this video, I used a combination of CapCut and a tool called Camtasia (since it has a screen recording feature). Camtasia isn't the best option for video editing though IMO, there are better options out there, I've heard good things about the free version of Da Vinci Resolve. I may switch tools soon
We are in the U.S. - Below Import on our free version 3.6.0 we have Device, AI Generated, spaces, stock materials and Brand assets, never did see a version with Media, we've had it for about a month.
Your voice over is excellent- are you using eleven labs or something like that? Also, FYI - I found this video at on the very first row of TH-cams main page- Not there now, but it was. We are now transistioning from Faceless to a normal talking head video but not being excellent speakers It's going to be a little shakey at first. It would be a lot better if our voice clones were not so choppy. Yours is excellent no matter how you are doing it. Keep up the good work..
Thank you so much! I am not using eleven labs or any voice over tool, I just recorded my voice using a headset 😊. You got this! I am sure that if you stay consistent you will be successful. You could try a voice cloning tool but I personally haven't found any good free version for that. I think with a little practice you will do great.
Regarding the IMPORT vs. MEDIA tab, I believe its just a labelling difference, since you pretty much have the same options as I do in the IMPORT tab, mines just called MEDIA.
I don't think that is in the free version.

Another free video editor I have heard good things about is DaVinci Resolve. Although I haven't used it myself so I am not sure if it has similar features to the ones in the video. I will let you know if I find something else!
