I bought this model today. Gregory Johnson the salesman at the Austin location was amazing! He helped me pick the right scooter for my needs and hooked me up with a couple accessories after! I have one of these I usually like Pride products but this one is noisy, the battery rattles unless your on perfect concrete or in a store . The brake cords are easy to get messed up if you use it with para transit you will need a loop thing that can make it secure or the driver could clamp it down right on your break cord in the front . Oh well I do like it’s speed and it’s looks but for almost 2k idk seems like I should have waited after my other scooter got stolen .

It's a very powerful car, but don't get stuck on potholes or obstacles. The wheels are small, they need to be a little bigger..

At the moment MINES ONLY doing 15.5 Kay's a hour and the travel distance is 9.6 Kay's before the batteries go beep,beep AND the ppl from BALLINA SCOOTER AND MOBILITY expect me to take my scooter 45 minutes a hour away to them So they can take the batteries out and send them to PRIDE so PRIDE can access them and find out a battery cell has blown ANF ALL THIS TIME I HAVE NO SCOOTER (remember I think every other scooter is shit As if I wanna ride shit)..All because they PRIDE OR ADAM will not give me new batteries (cause there under warranty) and take the old ones away and send to PRIDE🤬👺

What does the vmi button by the glovebox do?

I keep my go go scooter plugged in at all time unless I am using it and have never had a problem with battery life batteries are only good for about 5 to 6 years and then ur battery will not last as long. I have had my scooter for over 10 years I am on my 2 set of batteries, in the process of buying a new go go 3 wheel with shocks capability. Should have it soon.
