I've seen the Hulu shows and, to me, it just isn't as well done. Too many of the episodes seem to fall flat, and with a 10 episode "season", that is bad. Meanwhile, if you have a 26 episode season like they did have, the same number of flat episodes doesn't hurt the over all quality of the season. Plus, I think going to a streaming service to just do 10 episodes a year is a questionable decision at best.

I don't know if I'll go streaming or not. I'm making these videos for fun, not funding. Being a streamer or a major YT channel is hard. Those people usually burn out because it's a 40 hour a week job with about 40 hours a week of unpaid, mandatory overtime tacked on. Too many have gotten tired of the pressure to constantly put out content and keep growing their channel and burned out. I'm determined not to go that way. If how I do my videos eventually gets me a lot of followers, then it's all good. But I'm not going to stress out over "making it" online.

Yeah, it is sometimes. I posted this video because a gameplay video I made had these same three flagged and I wanted to see if it was just a YT scan error or not, because mistakes happen. I've been talking by email with John at Magnatune and he says it's probably a mistake somewhere and he is working on getting it fixed. Once we get this straightened out, I'll make this video public again. An importantly, Magnatune and John in particular are good people and easy to work with and I can't recommend getting a membership there too much. I have one and it's worth it. 👍

Followup: I've contested the Content Claim based on the license that was granted to all non-commercial use by Magnatune. John at Magnatune is trying to get it straightened out on their end, so I am hoping this will help.

​@@TheAllin5 It's almost certainly the automated scan of YT and basing it off of data from other companies, correct or otherwise. Sometimes it's a misunderstanding by the claimant because they didn't totally understand the Creative Commons License. I used to have older, pre-1954 music on my channel back when it was legal because music in the US didn't fall under Federal Copyright law, but it was a pain fighting those claims off. But then the Music Modernization Act basically retroactively awarded US Copyright to those older recordings, so I pulled all of those videos from my channel when it passed to avoid the hassle.

UPDATE: The claim on “Let Me Out” by Idlemine has been dropped by TuneCore. That leaves only the claims on the other two to be decided.

Well, I'm sorry to hear that you don't like my videos. But: a) there are plenty of other channels on YT and there is bound to be one you will like and I won't be offended if you don't watch mine, b) my channel description specifically says I do games I like, and c) I'm not a kid. I'm in my late 50s. I actually played this game when I was new and on my Amiga 500
