I agree that this is a high possibility. We're not sure how strong his genjutsu resistance is and if we assume his speed can't "dodge it" then he might be cooked

@@CH1LLS.we know he has three separate ways to potentially counter genjutsu. 1. genjutsu users must be in a specific range for their genjutsu to work because of them having to control the flow of chakra inside their victims brain. minatos ftg allows him to put beyond infinite space between him and itachi thus breaking itachis control over the genjutsu. 2. sage mode 3. the genjutsu users must must have superior chakra control than their victim and in pretty sure minato has better chakra control

Sage Minato can close his eyes and still sense where itachi is lol. Same thing madara did with Tobirama when he absorbed hashirama sage mode and dodged Tobiramas attack

To be fair, Obito was actively controlling the 9 Tails at the time and Minato knew this. If Obito could have used genjutsu against Minato, he would have. Since he didn't we have to assume he couldn't and maybe someone as smart as Minato knew this.

​@@DatsLegitnessIn character Minato doesn't use sage mode all that often. So he won't start in it. He can retreat and enter it, but if he's protecting the leaf or something this won't be a possibility

@@CH1LLS. Minato thought he was fighting Madara. Looking into "Madara Uchiha" eyes is crazy in all circumstances. Obito didn't use genjutsu cause it's not his style. He prefers to spam Kamui in his fights. Now Itachi the one that puts everyone in genjutsu in all his fights.

Minato was able to activate sage mode in 1 second For a quick 5 second burst and either speedblitz physically (without flying raijin) or he can 1 shot with a punch or rasengan which is amped by nature energy so it’s a Sage Art: Rasengan. We seen sage mode Naruto fell off a mountain and landed on his head then got up and says “i barely felt that at all” then lord fukusaku explains thats because he’s in sage mode eveything from strength , speed , power , stamina , chakra , Endurance, Durability. And it boost taijustu , ninjutsu & gensjutu. That was a Naruto that JUST unlocked perfect sage mode. He also destroyed a Pain body with 1 shot and we know those bodies are more durable than average ninja since there was STEEL all inside of the dead body which he destroyed as well.

To be fair, we didn’t see his taijutsu however he is a sage so we have to assume he’s top tier and if he’s as good as Jiraiya or Naruto in Sage taijutsu frog kumite that put some over Itachi for me

@@TRJ42 Can’t assume that his taijutsu is as good as Itachi’s just because he learned sage mode. Itachi has no problem boxing with KCM Naruto and Bee at the same time…not to mention fight sage Kabuto better than EMS Sasuke could.

Hmmm that’s tough. Itachi has more on screen showings for his intellectual skills. But I feel like Minato is praised more for being a genius than Itachi is ( all be it not MUCH more)

While I obviously agree that the homunculi lose (as I said they lose BOTH scenarios.. since people don’t seem to pay attention and realize that I had said this in the video) I will say Father at full power meaning his own stone plus Honienhiems along with all the other Homunculi plus the other Alchemist mentioned I think it’s a bit tough than people think. Especially if Father takes all their stones he’s gonna have so much destructive power while also having such solid defense. As well as potentially having all the abilities of the other homunculi if he does take their stones. The Akatsuki are Uber powerful 100% but Father (especially Father in the scenarios I just pitched) shouldn’t be slept on

You have to remember homunculi are composite beings, and the Naruto lore blantently states that's a issue for the majority of genjutsu. While tsukuyomi would slow one down, it wouldn't do more than bloodlust them.

A: While that is true, doing so repeatedly to EVERY opponent which is gonna be about 8 or more is gonna probably make Itachi go blind lol so yeah i definitely don’t see him using it on EVERYONE. B: Homunculi like Pride can shield everyone all at the same time if needed. Similar to Gaara. Not saying he’ll always be fast enough to do so but it is possible. C: Homunculi like Greed can also use his shield to block Amaterasu and break off the peice of his shield that is on fire. We see him detach his shield when he gave it to Ed during his fight with Pride. C: Father can literally block almost anything they have with his Stone. Including Amaterasu. So if his has his own Stone plus Honienhiems like i said in the video he’s gonna be able to constantly block FOR WHILE. And his destructive power with the Stone is ridiculous. And again if he needs to, he can still take all the other Homunculi stones if needed which again is 7… meaning he’s gonna be able to block their attacks for a long time

No. They would not. Homunculi have subjugated countless souls within their cores, which would break them out of genjutsu.

Interesting point. That would probably work with someone like Hoenhiem but the souls trapped inside of Father and the other homunculi are suffering and would likely not help them out.

@@kaimobley5324 on the last part, it is possible if they did choose to break the Homumculs out, as Father notes that the souls in the Stones are pretty much energy. In other words life force. Chakra is spiritual energy in itself. If we were to try put them in a reasonable ball park you could say their life force/energy can be the same thing as chakra

@@TheLightningBlade even with that as we see with Fake Itachi vs Naruto despite Naruto getting exceptionally more powerful he couldn't break out on his own bcus his chakra wasn't anywhere near powerful enough to do so on his own. Fake Itachi was just using a regular Genjutsu not an Uchiha Genjutsu and wasn't even trying to really hurt Naruto as that was only 30% of what Itachi can really do. I don't see any of the Homunculus outside of Father and Hohenheim breaking out of regular Genjutsu bcus they haven't demonstrated anything of using their philosopher stones in such a way let alone to the degree believable. However if Itachi uses Tsukuyomi that's an instant GG's bcus it acts within a Picosecond (stated so in the Itachi Novels) and you need a Mangekyo in order to properly fight it which even Naruto told Killer Bee if Itachi hits you with it you're done. Itachi controls Space, Time and even Physical Mass while in that World. We also didn't factor in Itachi having in Kotomatsukami which completely controls the other user but his specific version allows for his victim to be fully aware of what influence they're under while completely unwilling/unable to resist the commands of the user and can't be broken out of. Then there's Izanami which puts you in an infinite loop and also can't be broken out of unless you accept your fate and change completely. It flat out counters Izanagi which is straight up reality warping.

@@Karmanarawhich he used Father in this video. And to be honest the way he described how Father could possibly take the fight is actually very interesting. If Father took all the Homunculis stones on top of his own plus Honemhiems the Akatsuki might be cooked. As he can repeatedly block most if not all attacks thrown at him including Amaterasu and we see is destructive capabilities (at least shown in the anime) that his blast is something compared to damn DBZ blast lol AND like Lightning said in the video you can see Father try to absorb ppl into a new Stone and when he first does it the first group of soldiers he absorbes drops dead immediately. Which means it could be likely the non immortal Akatsuki members might be the same way. On top of which: The Akatsuki memebers such as Deidera or Pain can’t use high scale attacks like C4 or Planetary Devastation bc it’ll kill the other members (most) So they are limited. All in all, I think he provided some decent arguments in the Homunculis favor.. and he STILL said the Akatsuki win overall lol

Essentially all the akatsuki(most tbf) would be so fast that most of the homoculous just shouldn’t react like the fastest bullet travels 1,422 m/s while lighting speed the most casual speed in Naruto(jonin speed) is 186,000 m/s and kakashi did this as a child hitting the lighting either before or as it hit the ground to be generous can range 3,700 m/s-186,000m/s and I’m talking about child/pre-teen kakashi. Adult kakashi can’t hang with Itachi who is above the sanin who are above kakashi and pain who is six people who all share eye sight and the weakest ripped off Jiraiya’s arm in sage mode you can correct me if I’m wrong so by pure speed they should overwhelm them and father could just get Kamuied into the kamui space and would be a non factor in the main fight if he tried anything. Like they can have hax and near immortality but like Hidan it’s trash if you can’t land a hit or are to slow to capitalize. And the fact it It’s a jumping of a life time 6 pains all sharing sight, can revive any downed ally has lasers missiles and saws(last one underwhelming) rip souls, absorb, energy, and a boat load of summons(the dog can also multiply) Kakuzu and five hearts Third Kazekage puppet Sasori Even if u go with what father did he isn’t Star level even at that size a star should burn or effect the room through luminosity or heat it is probably fusion but again unstable as well as even if he is star level doesn’t mean he can’t tank a star. And he hasn’t shown speed feats really. Scaling to above Roy is like scaling him to chunin Sasuke. Also Totsuka blade would be able to seal father. Nothing to do with bias just the fact that no one is light speed in fmab/fma it’s more reasonable destruction, they just different beast.
