Most of the folks bumping on here have never picked up an instrument.. Most folks dont know all the engagements that take place before and after this game for both bands on this trip.. it's a grind upon arrival to departure (Thurs-Sun) . Bayou classic engagements are not this demanding.. If you want a concert, check Gram out Jan-March during concert band season.. World Famed is a Marching Band. Last I checked, 5th qtr is done in the stands.. If you want to critique/hate talk about the Halftime Show, but you won't b/c you know the truth.. Talk about how other marching bands put instruments on the ground to dance... but you won't cause your school does.. Not to mention, this game went to 5OTs...IJS

That Say Say Say by McCartney rocked. Also F. Beverly tune was really good as well. Ok critique time. Those first two group of girls I'm still not sure who they were. That first group was awful to me. The routine sucked and the uniforms sucked even more. Oh and please don't let sister in the blonde wig come on the field looking bad like that again. That wig belong in the garbage. The second group danced better but the routine was just ok. Now motion killed it. The only thing I don't want to see is anymore of those jsette moves and bucking. That's old and played out. Other than that y'all nailed it. Also I have noticed the past few years you've become very clean and together and the technique has improved as well. Congrats ❤

No disrespect to you and your equipment because I appreciate you for recording and posting the video so that we can watch it 🙏🏾but the quality of sound isn’t as good as I was expecting it to be. I was there and both bands did sound a little bit better in person but it’s not a huge difference. both bands definitely had better 5ths so far this season but the real ones know that both bands had a long weekend and it was a long game so they were definitely tired as expected.

One game does not put you over the top. Consistency does. Do it again next year and handle the other programs because that’s what Jackson has done and we’ll consider moving Texas to #1. As of now you’ve shown you know how to prepare.

Idk about gram but ik for a fact that PV students are wore out. They leave out on like Wednesday the week of the classic and tour and play at like 10 different schools and events before the actual just to get there and the game goes into 5 overtimes. I’ve been there and that shit sucks and is tiring so about time that 5th comes they ain’t got nothing left. Then gotta wake up on Sunday and go play at a church. People will likely only see this and make a judgement but don’t know the context. Until you’ve done it it’s hard to truly understand and grasp it

Yall it's a quality issue it's not the bands however both got to do better. They did good even though they were tired, it was a decent 5th not a horrible 5th.

What an utter waste of my mutha f”@kin time watching this trash. Both of these bands need to be ashamed of the product they are producing. Horrible arrangements and horrible execution of arrangements with a lot of intonation issues. Both baritone sections need to practice long tones, scales, and lip slurs from the lowest to the highest register of their horns and that will help your tone tremendously.
