@lyndonhenry8127 not really because in my other pictures and videos you can see Cebu island it's only like a 30 to 40 minute ride on the ferry which is only 3 minutes from where we live in watch it everyday going back and forth as we sit in the cottage by the seaside. @lyndonhenry8127 last typhoon that came thru here was Odette 2 years ago at 120mph winds for 6 to 8 hours my wife said. We have a volcano 🌋 Mt Kanlaon about 49 minutes from where we live in Kinayan. Canlaon is the town on the volcano. Plus we get tremors once in awhile or floods also gotta remember we have 7 different types of snake's in Philippines that are poisonous cobras are the main one I haven't seen any in the 7 years I been here plus biggest thing to watch is the Monkeys lol they steal your food from your hand or cellphone 😆

Now also make a box of your favorite spices, macaroni, can goods , chocolate cause it tastes different here and the soda does to i buy Pepsi here it tastes better than the Coke A Cola here, plus pack big bottles of Tylenol for headache and your shaving cream and health supplies cause when you shop on Amazon here alot of it not allowed in Philippines you can only buy what is highlighted in yellow. Plus if you order 50.00 to 200.00 it's free shipping. Over 200.00 you pay import taxes. Pack a little grill if you want. I found a American store that sells USDA beef , real American bacon and Mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and cold cuts . Little expensive a Rib eye steak cost almost 20.00 to 25.00 for one . @l.newman1954 shipping a box to Philippines takes 3 to 4 months to get to you . I received all my boxes only a few glassware broken due to not wrapped properly but UMAC the best they come to your house to pick up.or you can take to a Oriental store that ships with them and their no box weight limit i used gorrila tape from home depot the wide one to tape the bottom and top of the box . I live in province 4 hours from Dumagete and 1 hour to San Carlos not to many expats here in believe their like 15 of us here so it's nice we get together and chat in Gulignhan City when we see each other as the wives shop . 2 grocery stores here pure gold and prince store. Prince Store is almost like a Walmart

I love going to that church ⛪️ my Asawa lit so many candles during her K1 visa I thought she was going to start a fire 🔥 😆 I think that church and Mama Mary Church in Car Car are very beautiful we live in Kinayan, Bulado by the Port where the ferry goes back and forth all day

@bwilliam6827 great hotel to stay in when you fly into Manila close to the airport 3.9 kilometers i believe friendly staff from the time you arrive to you leave i highly recommend this hotel

@lyndonhenry8127 it's close to Airport 4.1 kilometers 3 restaurants in the hotel. Just download the Grab app i ordered subways 😆 i ordered alot of American food when I was their. Plus Mall of Asia you can walk to plus across the street like a circle k 24 hours. Great staff they make you feel like family only hotel i stay just tell them you know Giovanni and Jenycel ok 👍 mom Karen works day shift she's awesome

@jsully4064 i use the Agoda app to book my flights and Hotel i get the best prices thru that app for 3 of to fly Philippine Airlines it was $202.00 and the room was $223.00 included in that price is the free Breakfast Buffet which is delicious 😋.
