All I did is to cut till those high points as I have shown in the video. Just take out the extra thin ring and create small cuts into those high points so that we can insert the bower ring.
Thank you for your reply. I mean how many mm of the plastic need to be cut away before putting the Bower Adapter Ring on to the lens cap?
The blade was very thin I could say just less than a mm. I will post the measurement once I get home
