It’s correct after marvel threw the spear Katniss killed him by shooting an arrow in the chest but the spear hit rue in the stomach and it took longer for her to die from the wound

So in the movie that guy threw a spear at katniss but she dodged it and shot and arrow at the guy that threw a spear killing him but the spear that katniss dodged went into Rues stomach then she died like 5 minutes later

I think it’s because marvel died before her. Only by a few minutes though. Katniss shot the arrow and Marvel died right way whereas Rue dies a couple minutes later. The spear Marvel threw at her didn’t kill her right away

in the book, katniss explains that the gamemakers would have given her credit for glimmers death since katniss was the one to drop the nest on the careers.

@@Chanzlaptopthere’s not any solid evidence that foxface knew those were nightlock. katniss only knew they were nightlock bc she illegally hunted in the woods behind district 12. even peeta almost ate them. foxface was smart, but had no knowledge of plants being from district 5

@@goingssh no it happened in the book too. When peeta teamed up with the careers cato didnt kill her fully so peeta finished the job

Right after the bell rang lots of ppl died so he might have killed her but she was in a coma until her heart stopped beating. He probs died during her coma

She died from the aftereffects of the injuries he inflicted on her. As was the case with Marvel and Rue. Marvel shot Rue but Katniss killed Marvel and then Rue died.
