Hahaha I lost my drone in the first day at the Ban Gioc waterfall in Vietnam and broke my second drone leg in Huaxay in Laos on the second day, I know the feeling... Anyway Laos is spectacular, it seems sometimes as Thailand was 30 years ago, nice people and cheap. I slept in your same hotel in Nong Khiaw, actuall in your neighbors room, nice vibes and memories but you missed Muang Khua and Muang Ngoi further north which are the real gems. Btw you rushed me to edit my movies which have been sitting idle on my HD since november.

Great video and experiences.. How much cost the paramotor? I'll go to Laos soon and I may book it

when I was there, I thought I was the only Malaysian riding with a helmet so i decided to ditch it until the hotel host said to me 'Your skin is too fair for a Lao guy'. In retrospect, perhaps he saved me a few hundred thousand kips.

Good luck on that long walk. It’s a long walk but the view is phenomenal. I was just there 4 weeks ago and it’s brutal because it rained when we went up half way and so slippery and muddy on the way down too. The view would be better if you sleep up there and wake up in the morning see all the fog and the. Then sunrise. We wish we slept up there.
