Hello everyone. First of all I wish you are having a wonderful day.
I am a home cooking loving enthusiast from Malaysia, who happened to spent 4 years in Taipei and now back in Malaysia again. Over the last 7 years, I spent my free time learning new recipes and trying to figure out how to blend recipes from different cultures are made home-cooking easy and fun to do. I also love making drinks, literally anything that's drinkable, coffee, tea, cocktails, you name it. Additionally, I have also spent nearly 10 years in learning photography so it allows me to film all the recipes and upload them into this channel for sharing purposes, thus this channel is born!

茶包這樣煮好像會把茶鹼給煮出來,茶鹼是對身題不好的很。
您好,茶葉的茶鹼含量很低,而且不論是浸泡還是水煮,裡頭的茶鹼都一樣會溶解出來。煮一次就把茶葉丟棄掉,能夠煮出來的茶鹼不會比反覆沖泡的茶水多喔。
請問肉桂用的是哪種肉桂呢?是錫蘭還是中國
馬來西亞這邊超市買到的肉桂,都沒註明產區呢。但印度香料茶,用錫蘭的會比較貼近喔。

不好意思回复完了。綠荳蔻一般東南亞食材行都可以找得到,不然可以找印度香料店。 石臼是祖傳的,我也不知道哪裡買的,哈哈。

Sorry for the late reply. I think the Jade was limited edition. I bought it in Malaysia when there was a cafe carrying it. I believe you might still be able to get it in Taipei though.

我一般會備著兩、三支風味差異比較大的豆子輪流喝,通常喝到第三週,還會有一、兩支「幸運」(或「不幸運」)的豆子還沒喝完。 有時候,豆子喝到第三支,買新豆子了,喜新厭舊喝新豆子,過幾天才想起舊豆子,它們常常會在烘焙日算起第三、四週給我意想不到的驚喜。XD
