    The idea that’s something is natural is such a shit excuse Hurricanes are natural, freezing to death is natural, living without ac or heat in the home is ‘natural’ When have we as a species ever let ‘natural’ things stand in our way

    This is so upsetting. I had the same experiences with doctors, young and old. I wanted to ask if I should just curl up and die...I was 50 years old. Do they treat men this way over a certain age?

    I really enjoyed listening to this podcast. It felt like Kim was telling my story because it is so similar. The physical and mental struggles, doctors telling me that this is just how life is now, etc. I have been on HRT for 2 years and I feel SO much better! And, I definitely notice a big difference when I can't get my next treatment in a timely manner. I am glad that there are more people like you trying to help HRT become more accessible.

    Don’t trust anyone that tries to sell you pellets. They are just to make money . Don’t take pellets . Go investigate about pellets.

    I have a question about this, Eric. I recently started a micro-needling process. My skin is super sensitive for about 5 days, back to “normal” within 7-10 days. I’m not ready for botox or fillers yet. It’s a monthly treatment that has a mini facelift effect, after 3-4 treatments. But how does red light work with your skin? Does it have any affect if you do use things like micro, or lasers (I have that done too, particularly for dark circles)? Is red light compatible, once heal time is done, after treatment?

    Great info Dr Singh - And one reason for low HRV could be sleep apnea so yet another reason to get tested! And athletes ( especially with neck size over 17 inches and snoring ) can have sleep apnea even if they look totally fit and trained ! 😜👍🏻🛌💤💤.
