Hi! We're the Blocks: Lia, Kira, Mika, Lucy, and friends. Racing as a family is our dream, and we started this channel to share some of our favorite adventures as we go after that goal through rally, rallycross, open wheel, off-road, and beyond.
Lia Block Drives her FIRST Ever Formula 1 car - at Goodwood Festival of Speed!
Thanks to Williams F1, Lia Block had an incredible opportunity this year to drive her first ever Formula 1 car: a 1982 Championship-winning Williams FW08, as driven by Keke Rosberg. With a high revving N/A V8, an H pattern shifter, and full ground effect aero, there's definitely a learning curve to driving this thing - hear about the experience from Lia herself.

Awesome, you're a cool, smart young lady, pops is proud and watching over, as no doubt a multitude of good friends are. I'd love to see you drive an old open wheel Lotus or Brabham F1 car, circa late 60's. Iwas in a couple replica scca cars years ago, real eye opener, always wanted to drive a real one!
I know she’s well know because of Ken but I love that she’s her own person and getting where she’s going based on her obvious talent.

Can't stop being in awe of how impressively skilled the Block family is. Been keeping a fans eyeful watch on both sisters and the brother and even Mama Block. All just excelling and being impressive as hell. Ken surely is proud. F1 racing?! Holy Smokes!

This is Johnson Valley is in my back yard. My backyard, I live in Joshua Tree. I have a great Jeep that can't compete with the big boys, I could wipe my ass with the VW guys but never would, because VWs are so cool! I really love bugs and VW things. If I had the money I would have both.
As someone who randomly got placed as a co driver in a desert race from Bartow to Vegas, I have been around racing my whole life. My dad died last year and that changed my life, I am sure the same as you. I wish you the best and hope that you will heal.

Only one car comes to mind to bring to the Goodwood Festival: Hoonicorn.
Another famous name that’s only talent is the following she brings.. Social Media is ruining all of automotive racing.. you bring money you get a ride , you have no talent but you bring money you get a ride.. Notice how there’s no women in supercross , that’s because you can’t hide the fact that you have no talent by blaming the competition for your failures..
