Fully agree on dropping Lemina nd its a tuff call as I love the guy but I think he "could" be labouring under the armband as suggested, somethings not working for him recently..... Its not that he's bad as such but he's not himself and a bit reckless.... WE have a STRONG AF midfield, it just doesn't work with the three of them on the field together. I thought Doyle was pretty good and whilst he's no NEVES, he brings a quality of pass that is otherwise missing and for me needs to start, those passes take us forward and given that our MF to attack transitions are quite lacking ( we pass it around eternally and often go backwards) and so I think it s a no-brainer. Sarabia too, he wasn't perfect but he definitely added something that again has been missing for a while. I really hope GON can turn it around, but I'm a little unconvinced as he simply doesn't seem to know his best 11. Thankfully he called it right and substitutions paid off. We'll know more y Sunday morning anyway...

Harry, in GON's interview before the City game he said that he had changed to a back 5 as we are playing City and he also played a back 5 against them last season, there is no guarantee that he will stick with a back 5..... He still needs to go in my opinion.

My issue with the city goal is that Silva backs into Sa as the ball is kicked to deliberately put him off, make him push and be unsettled, Strand Larsen was being penalised all game for 'backing in' even when he was being grappled to the ground. The consistency here is very much the issue

The West Ham game situation is different to the Man City one. The Wolves player was clearly offside when the ball was headed by the other Wolves player and was obstructing the keeper's line of vision. You can clearly see it in pictures taken at the time. In the Man City game, you can see Silva crouching and out of the line of vision of Jose Sa right before the ball is headed by the Man City player. Man City players obviously practiced this maneuver many times in training. Gary O'Neil doesn't understand the rules of the game. He had a chance to learn the rules concerning offside in corners after the West Ham game when he complained about the ruling. It seems he still does not know the rule judging from his actions after the Man City game.

Bernardo Silva stood Infront of Sa earlier in the game and Sa poked him in the ear....it was a goal all day long. Larsen has probably been our one shining light in the gloom so far this season, I think O’Neil is just clutching at straws with deflecting the blame, set piece coach, Andre now Larsen He’s definitely lost the dressing room in my opinion FOSUN OUT
