His business did not depend on the walk of life or status of the customer, priding himself through the satisfaction & happiness he brought to them by being by doing his very best to meet their request. Not only were these so called professionals making light of my business, keeping my option almost done to 0 added with careless indiscretion displaying immature elementary type hazing. Once I pushed to seek out more of what I wanted I landed the ATS 2.3 TURBO Pearl White with black leather interior used 2018 with approximately 18,000 miles ahhh I thought to myself I CANT BELIEVE IT FINALLY SHES ACTUALLY MINE. Then as if someone pulled the E brake 16.9 interest rate 😮. Yes that is the exact rate I was given I SIDNT KNOW THAT CADILLAC WAS A 1 OFF ! Holding on to my dream I foolishly went forward with the deal. Under the 30 day Factor warranty I returned the vehicle solely due to the need of space that could fit my kids in comfortably , but before doing so I made sure to do a little digging after a conversation with their employee giving me no's like they were on sale. I got the information and came to find out the vehicle was still under the original finance company never updated to the new owner or finance company that cut the check fully illegal law states I shouldn't have been allowed to leave the lot let alone make a deal that wasn't made.
