We had 3 stylists jump levels in the same month earlier this year! Here, we discuss various topics discussing what they went through before and during that journey. This podcast is aimed at service providers, mostly cosmos and hairstylists, who are undecided about where to go after they get out of school and to those who rent a booth but aren't sure about going to a summit or employee based salon.
While we can't speak for other employee based salons or even other Summit based salons, our experience since we switched to Summit two and a half years ago has been a game changer for not just the salon but our hairstylists as it has given hairstylists in the area another option than just renting a booth.
