@@ozanozce great question and it's tough to answer as both builds will vary slightly. Gear frame is arguably better in terms of versatility. You play only engine pieces you need. With the metal cruncher build the gameplay becomes more linear and consistent as you play more of the cards you want to see like brutal dozer. To each their own and I'm always going back and forth but at the end of the day this is one of my favourite way to play earth machine and the original dozer control strategy that aerosoltcg discovered years ago. He's the true earth machine GOAT! Thank you for your comment it's a really good question that deserves a good discussion 😁

@@ricardovargas4412 Great question !!Personally I really like that card. In a deck like this I've only ever tested one copy as it doesn't come up very much in this build of Dino's. That being said if you were to play more of the king Rex cards that meet the defense requirements. All in all a great card but the deck would need to be redesigned to fit that playstyle 👍 Thank you for your comment 😁

I actually did a combo video for this deck recently. That is a nice idea to run Herald have you thought about running Diviner of Herald? It just got reprinted lately so it is more affordable.

@@unlikelyionicwolf5790 good question my friend! In this deck the idea is to use it to be tributed to summon your ritual monsters. The nice thing is that Sakitama has the effect that if it is tributed you can return it back to the hand (technically unlimited tribute fodder) alternatively you can use it's effect to summon itself if you need extra material for a link material or synchro summon. @@unlikelyionicwolf5790 Benten when tributed lets you search for any Light Fairy monster, which can be used for multiple options: Sakitama (free resource unlimited ritual fodder), Diviner of the Herald (extender if your normal summon is available), Herald of Orange Light (interruption), Trias Hierarchia(pop 1+draw+a "free" lvl 9 that goes into Chaos Angel)

@@unlikelyionicwolf5790 you don't get her out, simply use her in hand as tribute material, it still triggers her effect to search, its a similar concept as Sakitama where she replaces herself on tribute so you don't go minus

Where is trap trick or fossil dog your not playing prosperity so you should add one of those they really help consistency

@@sadish646 I run 3 Harvester, Anchor Drill, and Brutal Dozer. 2 Trencher and Road Roller. Other than that, 1 each Crab Crane and Tunneller

@@SacredCards. If your looking for a really spicy way to punish your opponent since this deck has a lot of room for non engine I'd recommend the icejajde package not only is it amazing ash bait but the Sync for Icejades is busted af

@@koziaakuda funny enough I've owned the ice jade ran aegerine package twice now and have traded it away twice. Now I'm without them and it makes me sad for the times I want to use it.. live and learn

@@CommodoreCards thank you my friend 😁 this is a competitive build that I've been using but I can tell you first hand that playing an alternative variant that focuses more on the ground xeno trancendasaurus monsters it requires you to play more normal monsters and it's a lot of fun. Much more resilient defensively

@@el_pela3 it's not necessary but it is really nice to have terraforming. You could play metaverse (which is a UR unfortunately). It's a consistency card so I might substitute it for a disruption card or something like that. Good luck my friend 👍

Theyre excellent if youre heavy into ritual summoning, specially going 1st. But if youre focusing on summoning from extra deck as well, theyre quite cumbersome, specially in 40+ cards.
