I lost 13 pounds eating in a calorie deficit of 1500 calories. My goal is to loose at least 10 more lbs. I am 5’2 so my weight looks different from a woman that’s 5’7. Do what works for you but a calorie deficit has been the best ❤️ I still eat the foods I love just lessen the amount.

Me when I rarely trim my hair and only use shampoo and conditioner and after I’m done washing I scrunch it up and boom curly (I don’t use heat)

I called myself getting a sew in with a leave out. Total mistake. I guess I didn’t think about having to flat iron my leave out. My curls cussed me smooth out 😂

I stopped trimming my hair completely. I use a spray bottle with fenugreek seeds cloves,rosemary and aloe Vera juice and I make my own oils and shea butter mixes. It’s on my page. New sub here. I’m here for this journey. I love your hair type

I do enjoy being around friends but I get overstimulated easily and it leads me to wake up extra early or stay up late during vacations so I can have some alone time in order to recharge
