What's Up!! with Emilly Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Your Health
We did a little research this week about Omega- 3’s. We have heard how important these are but did you know that they are many powerful benefits that help with not only our body but also our brain?
A couple things that stuck out to me is how it helps with fighting anxiety and depression. Winter time can cause the winter blues for people and it is hard to sometimes fight the symptoms. However, those you struggle with depression and anxiety, when started to take Omega-3’s saw an improvement in their symptoms.
Another point that stood out to me is that it helps the development of unborn children and even in the baby’s early life development. In fact the article said that Omega 3 is crucial for their development in better communication, higher intelligence, and so much more.
The article below covers 15 other benefits. You will see how taking in both foods rich with Omega 3’s as well as supplements will be beneficial to your health. I highly recommend reviewing because it was very enlightening!

    my treadmill stopped working last night. First, it started slowing down randomly, then it stopped for good and an error code11 came on. I removed the cover to see the motor and the electric board and then I moved the belt manually and I could see one green LED light turning on and off according to the speed of the spinning speed sensor. Does this mean that the speed sensor is ok?

    NOTE: This product works exactly as described. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

    I have clicking motor noise after replacing brushes. I eliminated bearings, belts or rollers as causes. Is it a seating issue or tight spring tension? Commutator seems OK and was gently cleaned with scotch brite and alcohol tips.

    • @jorgegrau8323

      uneven spot or bump on commutator. If I manually roll motor opposite way there is no click. I can hone it or replace.

    • @steadyeddie7453
      @steadyeddie7453 ปีที่แล้ว

      New brushes are generally flat and square on the end so they don't conform to the curve of the commutator and will then make a clicking noise when running. Generally, over time the brushes will wear and conform to the shape of the commutator, and the noise will go away.

    Regarding friction, my new belt makes scratchy like noises as i walk on my new, prewaxed deck. There is now slippage at all, and the belt slides easily if I stand perpendicular to the deck and shift my body back and forth. Is it possible that I just haven't waxed it enough? I have a liquid wax and have put 2 ounces already under the belt to try to get a "non scratchy" sound that the belt makes as it glides across the dek.

  • @hahahahagrin
    @hahahahagrin 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    New waxed deck, new walking belt and waxed underneath. Treadmill belt moves very nicely. However, at speeds 1-3 mph, there's a grumbling vibrating noise, which "magically" stops once I reach 4-7 miles per hours. Why would my Precor c956i be doing this. (Note, I've just replaced my front roller with a good used one). Thanks for being so responsive. The strangest thing, is that if I turn the power switch off after stopping the treadmill during the initial sound it makes 'gearing up to 3 mph', AND then TURN power back on, IT ACTUALLY doesn't make that sound again during that run cycle! What??!! Crazy. I've no clue how that is possible.

    • @techietipsbyrmsfitness8980
      @techietipsbyrmsfitness8980 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It may be the result of the lower board. Voltage feed to motor at different speeds. Hard to narrow down. Noises are harder to identify then to repair. So I can’t be more helpful.

  • @hahahahagrin
    @hahahahagrin 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    What are the 'in-use signs" of a motor brush going bad that would have the treadmill owner check the brushes. I realize it's normal maintenance, but are there operational signs? Also, I've a commercial Precor c9561 with about 9 thousand recorded miles (on the current PCA board). How long do brushes normally last? Thanks, I really like your videos, very straight forward, efficient, and well stated.

    • @techietipsbyrmsfitness8980
      @techietipsbyrmsfitness8980 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Jontona, in my experience. Brush wear is hard to narrow down. Depends on the upkeep of the unit. There are normally wear bars on the brushes to indicate if a brush needs replacing or if they are wearing differently. Hope that helps.

    • @spol1622
      @spol1622 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sparking by the brushes and hesitant starts are usual signs of brushes being too short.. .although, sometimes the spring may be faulty.....just a little sparking at the brushes is normal, but a lot is not...

    Paid a tech (recommended by Mary Jane Reyes at Landice) to come out and diagnose the screeching sound, he took everything apart: rollers, walking belt, guards, etc... and said the walking belt and deck needed to be replaced. I looked at the motor drive belt and it was cracked and dried out, so I asked about that.... he was like oh yeah replace that too. Charged us $150 diagnostic fee, left the machine in pieces and never came back. So, I bought a new belt on eBay for $10 shipped and using your video adjusted our Landice treadmill working good as new. Thanks for sharing!

    Wondering if you could advise... My Fuel 63 treadmill belt was slipping as I ran, so I disconnected the machine and adjusted the belt as instructed in the manual... However when I was about 40 minutes into my run the treadmill just started speeding up on its own to maximum velocity and only stopped when I removed the safety key... Since then every time I switch the treadmill on I just goes straight to full velocity without me touching any buttons, then cuts out and it just repeats the same sequence (Speeding up and cutting of and so on) until I disconnect the key!!!
