Good LCV, pick up wise performance wise Fuel efficient also in this segments. But services warranty ? I Bought on sep 2021,month Till now No user manual information book given, told that all are online (noting on online) Can any AL Executive tell normal people how to understand the vehicle information's Second one , that month itself my Bada Dost given RS door unlock problem that is i locked and parked after some time i put key the door lock open inside but can't able to pull the door, i spend nearly 8000 to open this door because the company people not come to solve so I called local tingiring work people. I told 8000 because 3 times my door make this problem. Finally I went to service centre they told to change door lock, the worst thing is they charge money that door lock by cash Bill. NO WARRANTY FOR 2 MONTHS OLD BADA DOST I AM 20 YEAR TATA CUSTOMER FIRST PURCHASE AND MOVED TO AL but not happy To AL Executive- Kindly make quality products because we bought by cash not free Don't tell wrong information that is 3 years WARRANTY and clearly mention which are all not covered by WARRANTY First Time in India (based on my knowledge) Approx 9Lakhs worth Vehicle selling ,without User information Manual books. Shameful i don't know who's idea this because i think they are cost savings owners life.
I am a bada dost . I am getting 13kmpl with 3.5T load
