if the inmates don't have any recourse to talk about their feelings, since the exception became the norm and there is no alternative way to recorded video, attorneys will become therapists cause people need to speak their honest mind to SOMEONE who doesn't have a motive to use it against them. That's more and more burden on the attorney that should be focused on the facts of the case more than feelings about it.

I have to say I respectively disagree with Dennis. The fact that the public can see these things is what makes the United States what it is. Also, you are told in jail that your calls are recorded. So people shouldn't visit or say anything that you don't want everyone hearing

I definitely think there’s selective outrage because he’s viewed favorably by the majority.

L&C and Tubi are their own entities. They both did what they normally do. LC stuck to law and crime genre, and Tubi rushed to be the first documentary of a popular enough case or situation . Side note - Tubi has a large catalog of documentaries in general that are actually pretty good. Maybe L&C will show more video visits in the future where available if it's good content. I don't think they deserve the hate because of what Georgia did. It's not even going to make a difference. They're darn near allowed in every courtroom they want to be in. So I'm sure they got their own footage for days. As someone in the stream pointed out, all the music in the documentary had to be cleared by Thugs label. So regardless of the outrage, it's more likely than not that he agreed to all of this because this helps his relaunch. I had no clue Tubi had a documentary until your stream Dennis😂😂 but I did see the video visits, which from his side the sound was horrible. I think that was on purpose purpose 😉😉

Dennis I agree that this appears to be selective outrage because it's Thug and primarily because of what happened in court. I know jail visits aren't released everywhere, but to be fair it does tell you the visits are recorded too. I agree these releases have the potential to ruin personal lives, but I hope this will have the unintended consequence of helping people (especially women) to stop glamorizing jail and prison dating culture. Let more of them see what "sticking beside him" actually looks like when you're not around. In Thug case this was not new information to the woman he is apparently currently with and they're still together. But if he hasn't changed or she ever gets tired of him, if she tried to bring it to the Internet the people will already know what's up and give less attention to it. I'm not saying release all every time, because the reality is some things legitimately and knowingly put a persons life in danger or could make a gang situation worse. I'm sure that's why we haven't heard those calls or seen those videos. For the places and States and that don't allow for FOIA release to the public, it doesn't mean those people aren't affected. It just means they don't know who is really listening and how that information is being used in their case by the ones who can really lock them up.

I haven't watched this until now. I'm surprised and honestly a bit disappointed at how aggressively Katt went after 409 😢 I followed Katt's YSL live streams since the whole ex parte shenanigans and I'm used to her being very calm and reasonable. I've always thought better of her than many other streamers because she is great at explaining to her viewers how there can be more than one way to see things even though it might not align with your own thinking. I think she would have gotten much better answers if she had shown that side towards 409. Edit: Katt actually _did_ calm down at about 1:26:00 and it _did_ result in a better answer 👍🙂
