Jennifer is a Healthcare and life sciences leader passionate about bringing medicines and vaccines to patients with a background in R&D Clinical Research, Cross-Enterprise Strategic Planning and Commercial Marketing. Key roles have spanned across: Lab Research, Clinical Quality Management, Clinical Research Monitoring, Chief of Staff for the UK and Ireland and currently leading MSD UKs Oncology Commercial Strategic Alliances. A strong advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion, Jennifer leads the League of Employees of African Descent (LEAD) EBRG for the European region as well as the UK chapter where she is currently based. Also, the founder of the career-focused social enterprise called Wenite, Jennifer dedicates much of her time to help the next generation of students and early career professionals understand the variety of careers available in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths #stem
Adama is the Founder of a life science careers and science communication blog (The Catalyst In Me / TCIM for short). She spreads awareness on the different careers out there and encourages readers to engage with science topics on a regular basis. Her professional background covers both clinical and preclinical research. Her research interest are mainly cardiovascular where she has studied health outcomes of patients and worked on projects that advance the development of new therapeutic treatments

    Though I appreciate Dunstan's path and perspective, he didn't share much information about his actual day to day operations as a Clinical Project Manager. Definitely valuable information for some but I'd look into retitling the video.

      @@aerafine Nice, I'm from the US too and have been trying to get into the CDM position. I have given a couple of interviews but they did not go well in the second round. I do have more than 7 years of experience in clinical research but not particularly in CDM.

      @@annikrishna Best of luck in finding a position! I was able to find an opening at a state university and really talked up my data experience even though I don't have direct work in data. I mainly have experience in university research and have a degree in economics, but I'm also pursuing the Google Data Analytics certificate, which I would highly recommend.
