Tip: tie your new threads to the old ones and pull through. The only place it will “catch” is right at the end, and by then the tedious part is done. Great job!

@ I do it for both, actually, but it saves more time with the overlock. I once had a friend who worked in a custom drapery shop. That was one of her best sewing tips. :-)

I’ve thought about it. My filming is cut up throughout the days when I can actually sew and most of the time there’s a toddler or some kind of background noise. Would that bother you?
