Oh good grief! Did you really have to introduce us to Art to Basics? 😳 How deliriously delicious are their colors!? Seriously. I’m not even a big watercolorist - I use them like inks in multimedia. I went to their website (big mistake) and started to fill a basket. But thank you for introducing this quality source for inspired watercolours. 🤗

Hello Alison! few minutes of fun is always a joy to watch regardless of what you’re having fun with. I need to do some color sample swatching of various items in particular the six newest shades of Distress embossing glaze which will be quick and easy but those last 6 sets of distress pencils will be for another day down the road. I haven’t mixed colors in swatching like you did here in quite some time though but I remember how exciting it was coming up with so many colors when swatching a 6-color set of Daniel Smith watercolors. I have those Silver brushes which are just lovely although I don’t use them very often - I suppose I’ve been saving them for ‘real’ watercolor painting as opposed to day to day playing/coloring. Hhhmmm… I need to change that! Thanks for all you do to encourage and inspire. Have a wonderful weekend! 🙂

Hello Alison! I LOVE this tag journal… it’s the end result I needed for the variety of tags that are in process and in the planning stage… I’ve been wanting to do some inking and spraying and stamping and creating using mostly your last six stamp sets which I think coordinate beautifully together… but then again… I may been two journals… one for each set of three… I think… I’m just going to play and see what happens - I am tired of overthinking! I’ll rewatch a couple of episodes of a Few (More) Minutes of Fun and play along. I love the idea of using seam binding to attach the tags - I wouldn’t have thought of that. I love the way your tags are so peaceful and calming… Thanks for sharing more creativity and inspiration… Hope all is well with you. Have a wonderful day! 🙂
