Truth in Numbers: Our Sustainability Efforts Today for a Greener Tomorrow
We're proud to say we make epoxies that not only reduce our environmental footprint but also deliver top-notch performance.
At Entropy Resins we set the standard for how to quantify (and certify) our epoxy’s sustainability merit. We back our claims with concrete data. The proof is in the radiocarbon dating.
Our commitment to sustainability is validated through third party testing that’s certified by the USDA. We're transparent about the composition of our products, clearly outlining the proportion of bio-based materials versus petroleum-derived ones. No room for greenwashing here. We just make things better.
But our sustainability journey doesn't end with our ingredients. Every step of our process is meticulously designed to minimize our environmental impact.
It’s our packaging, our manufacturing processes, and even our raw materials which we source from waste streams or are co-products of other biobased industries. We don’t grow plants to make resin, we source responsibly.
This holistic approach sets us apart from the industry's norm. But, we don't expect you to take our word for it. We've collaborated with esteemed scientists to quantify the positive environmental impact of our epoxy compared to industry standards. Their rigorous analysis proves exactly how our epoxy stacks up.

    This video said almost nothing about the art that was being produced or how it was being made - this is just some abstract thought. Was this an epoxy coating project or was the epoxy used to create the original objects? In the original objects, it looked like multiple types of resin were used - how did any of that come about? Inquiring epoxy minds would like to know! :)

    Good vid! For methods 1 and 2 I like to transfer my Entropy resins to clean laundry detergent containers, no more than halfway full. This way I can take advantage of the container's no-drip design. Question: If I have been mixing 2:1 by weight on my CLR epoxy, how does that effect strength?

    • @EntropyResins
      @EntropyResins 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We optimize our mix ratios to give our customers the best cured properties for our systems. We recommend using the mix ratio listed on the container labels and on our website entropyresins.com. Please feel free to contact our technical department if you have any further questions (entropyresins.com/contact-us/)

      Jeff Begue sure can. You can use tints in there. The one used in the video is pigment, which means it’s a solid color, non transparent. Hope this helps.
