Horrible hotel experience. 2 stars the most. I ve never heard of a hotel that control your air conditioner yes you have to call from your room every time you need you AC on or off. That’s the dumbest hotel I ve stayed in out of hundreds in my life. Average small rooms nothing special location is far from colosseum. I do not recommend this hotel stay away.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I’m from San Francisco and this is my personal favorite hotel in SF. The staff is the best. The rooms are very nice. Amazing gym, Fun bar, and delicious food. The best location. It is a gorgeous hotel-It is a San Francisco Jewel.

Watched video of chamber of commerce meeting at this location violating the open meetings sunshine act. Rude, Shameful, uneducated employees. The people of Miami deserve better.

I had "reservations" about staying at the hotel (because of the reviews), however, I was pleasantly surprised 👍 Nice, clean and comfy rooms, close to where my meeting was held, and some of the nicest staff I've ever met !! Would definetly stay there again - thxs 🌸.

The management at this hotel are outright criminals. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM if you don’t like wasting money, making lots of phone calls, ignored emails, and being literally manipulated by management. They DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS in any case even though their rooms are $500 and the one who booked fell seriously ill TWO WEEKS BEFORE CHECK IN. They’ll keep your money and then re-sell your room to someone else if you cancel and make twice the profit just for being an asshole. They admitted to erasing and editing negative reviews that had their rightful place. Nothing but heartless, greedy scumbags.

Any info about hotel security? Such as guards or parking?

Terrible experience in August 2023 here. Based on other reviews I've read, they haven't done anything in the last 6 months to improve things. Stay away!

Muy recomendable hotel en NY, buena atención, limpieza y su ubicación es ideal para moverse en metro o caminando,

This is not a Gay event. WOMEN ARE ALLOWED at the event. The staff is mixed with women giving them access as well. Yes the sauna is men only, but Women will try to access for a peep show. Men are funding this event. But women and female staff will try to look at the naked men. Sounds foolish, but if this was a Lesbian event or women only, you would not find one man in the hotel or compound.

Pictures are a millions times better than the actual rooms or property. But it’s not a bad place to stay. Just make sure you don’t spent over 100$ a night. Few stains on carpets and ripped blinds. And no breakfast included which is complimentary at most holiday inns. And the parking lot really sucks if you are pulling a trailer.
