Inspect the site: Make sure there are no obstacles in the construction area and the ground conditions meet the requirements for piling.
Inspect the equipment: Check whether the various parts of the pile driver are intact, whether the oil level and fasteners are firm, and confirm that the hammer and other key components are normal.
2. Positioning and calibration:
Use measuring tools or GPS positioning system to accurately mark the position of the pile.
Adjust the pile driver to the predetermined position and ensure that it is vertically aligned with the pile point.
3. Install the pile body:
Load the pile correctly onto the pile driver's pile feeder to ensure that the pile body is stable.
4. Start the equipment:
Enter the cab, start the pile driver according to the operating manual, and check whether the indicators on the dashboard are normal.
5. Pile driving operation:
Slowly lower the pile hammer to the appropriate height.
Adjust the impact force and frequency according to the geological conditions.
Observe the sinking of the pile, adjust the impact depth and angle in time, and ensure that the pile body sinks vertically and stably.
6. Monitoring and adjustment:
During the piling process, continuously monitor the equipment status and pile body sinking, and make adjustments if necessary.
7. Complete pile driving and pulling:
After reaching the predetermined depth, stop driving and complete the current pile construction.
8. Finishing work:
After the construction is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment and clean up the site.
