I figured out a better way to make accurate cuts in the composite panels using a jig saw.Takes a little longer but solves a big problem.

What is an all in bed truck camper? It fits in the bed with the tailgate closed and nothing overhangs the bed ! I recently completed the inner box and now you can see how it will work.

Showing how to cut the fitting ledges in the Composite material and gluing together the slide out box. The saw blade is set to almost touch the outer skin of Filon and the excess foam and glue is cut away with a sharp utility knife and razor blade scraper. This forms a ledge to form a pocket for the sides to be glued in to. Extremely strong and completely water proof bond that is zero maintenance.
