For anyone wondering how to do 3mcq... 1) we always calculate tax on """ annual income""" so first calculte that..85000(1st quarter)-25000-25000-25000 We get 10000 ...now they gave 20000 limit but we only have 10000...therefore tax expense for 1st quarter is 85000×20% 17000🎉 The prb was that we were trying to calculate tax using 85000 but its just the earning of a quarter while we were supposed to take annual earnings for tax purposes 😅
