lower your graphic settings, s22 is not capable enough to run the game on epic settings even the new flagship phones can't run fortnite on epic settings, lower all your settings and choose 90 fps. my s23 FE run the game at 60 fps with the suggested settings

@@omidkx its that i3 you have you prb of a bottleneck i would upgrade to i5 when you can, also did you have the same exate settings and res, and you have the ti of the gtx 1660 i have the super, i dont know if theres a big differnts
