That's almost cool (pun intended) but with a little more effort it could be designed to use a pallet jack so an entire pallet could be loaded/unloaded... and why is there a cornhole game?

Rudeness is unnecessary, and it's rude. Technical people are often the worst people to choose to write a user manual. They don't know how to speak plain English. As to the author of this video, full thumbs-up. I copied the instructions word-for-word to make a handy cheat sheet when using the A421.
