So, good effort, but. The joints are not overlapping, could be trouble. Concrete is not gonna be sufficient, plus it's way too dry. Your hidrostatic barrier (back wall stone filling) is practically non existent. But for this small amount of soil, the wall should do it's job.

As a professional product such stair steps might be constructed in such a way that they can be freely shortened. reinforcement rods should be a non-corroding material like basalt so the exposed end of that would not start corroding away, or fibre reinforced concrete might be used. Also there should be notches for connecting cables once every 30 cm along the entire lengths. lastly the recess might be made a few mm deeper for the cable to reach the end of the recess when the cable-notch happens to be a few mm from the end.
